I marvel at the intrinsic power given to women by our Creator. Considered chattel in Biblical times, these women did not stand idly by while life rolled them over. Women have the ability to impact the world in a profound way. Even me. Even YOU. Even NOW.

Hi, I really liked this and gave me a lot to think about! It seems to me we need to forget the past in two ways, the sins and failures but also the things we do that we think are good. Let go of sin and let go of good works lest we get pride. Philippians 3:13 and in 14 press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
Thanks to both of you for sharing. I love the idea that we should also forget what we think is good in our past e.g. rest on one’s laurels. Instead, we need to seek God’s will and press on to bring Him glory and build His kingdom.
